Where do I park?
If we’re meeting in Penngrove, there’s a parking lot conveniently located right out front. If we’re meeting in San Rafael, you’ll find metered parking on 4th Street. Residential side streets also offer free 2-hour parking.
How should I pay?
I prefer cash or check. As a backup I also accept all major credit cards. We also have gift cards!
What if I don't know what I want?
Let's make a plan together! Coming in with photos of what you do or don’t like is a great step. We can also work with what feels comfortable for your maintenance timeline, lifestyle, and budget!
How should I arrive?
Please arrive with your natural, clean, dry hair! That way I can best see your texture and get a feel for how you wear it day to day.
Do you confirm appointments?
Yes, you will receive a texted or emailed confirmation 2-3 days before your scheduled appointment!
What is your cancellation policy?
Your salon appointment is reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and request a 24 hour notice for all canceled or rescheduled appointments. All missed appointments will be charged in full. A credit card is held upon booking for my own no-show protection. I understand life does happen and will determine that on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding!
Are children allowed in the salon?
I love kids and hope to have one of my own. However, to make this a relaxing experience that is truly all about you, I ask that you come to the appointment on your own when possible.
